Starting with the installation of Oracle Cloud Control Enterprise Manager 13c5 with check of prerequisites valid, but durant the installation we have an error at 66%, and after troubleshooting, we found that we need again some prerequisites.

The solution is to install these prerequistes:
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable Package
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Package Update 3
