This article explains how to create an Oracle Pluggable database from Unplugged PDB with Oracle database 12cR2 (126.96.36.199) using the dbca tool.

1. Unplug a PDB:

2. Create a new PDB from Uplugged PDB:
We are going to create a new PDB with name WADHAHPDB from Unplugged PDB.
a. Step 1: DBCA, Manage Pluggable database

In my case I want to create a new PDB from my Last Uplug PDB, see Unplug PDB.

Note: I have plugged a PDB with different character set than the CDB.
