Step 1: Configure an existing database.

Step 2: Choose the database.

Step 3: I have specified 30 process as shared servers.

Step 4: The database need Reboot.

Step 5: Check Oracle Parameter:
SQL> show parameter shared_servers
NAME TYPE VALUE
max_shared_servers integer
shared_servers integer 30
